Direct debit was set up I've made 9 successful $100 payments fortnightly. Yet my account sys ivev only paid $150 I'm sick of AGL lying to me stuffing me over and now stealing from me
I've added this issue to the the other issues in my ombudsman file along with more recent issues. Never in my life did I think AGL a major energy company, would treat a single mum on disability pension like this. I'm not going to give in ever. It's 100% misconduct.
