OK so I have a Direct debits of it comes out every fortnight out of an account that is just for bills AGL decide to take 3 direct debits out of my account over 3 days leaving my bank account overdrawn so I accumilated overdrawn fees and dishonour fees agl say they are going to return 2 of the payments fair enough but what about all the fees.. is there a form i can fill out
