Why is it when I Pay with direct debit that I end up paying the full amount? I receive a bill from PayPal this morning saying that the full amount has been debited...Will I receive a refund or credit for the following month for the extra I’ve paid?
If this cant be solved I’ll be forced to go with a supplier that has got their online payments up to date with today’s technology.

If you have a direct debit set up on your account, you should be able to see your Pay on Time discount already deducted from your bills when you receive them.
