For the first time I have been getting daily emails of my current bill with a new Direct debit date.
This has been happening for about two weeks.
As this is probably an automated process I am worried about possible multiple Direct debits.
I have spoken to AGL yesterday and suggested it was a glitch, they said they would fix, but it is still there today.
Has anyone else experienced this anomaly?
