I recently moved apartments and had my electricity meter number given to me by my building manager but it is for the wrong apartment in the same complex. How do I change this meter to the correct one?
I just received my first bill and it shows the discrepancy in the addresses, even after I called up to check with your customer service to have it changed. They told me to wait until this bill, even when my online account showed the wrong supply address as they assured me it was correct. Now I'm being charged for another apartment (3bdr) instead of my 1bdr, which I assume is ridiculously higher, especially over the summer.
Please advise on how I can get this meter number changed asap.
