Been over a week, still says "bill on the way"

Switched-on

I logged onto my account last week and it said my electricity bill is on the way. It has now been exactly 7 days and it still says the same thing. Also my estimated energy usage/costs have gone up. Will I be required to pay the new higher estimate when I do receive my electricity bill? Thanks.
