First bill was meant to be issued in April, it’s now July and still have not received any bills for Gas. Every time I look on the app it changes the date the bill will be issued. The electricity bill is working fine. Rang up and said somebody will check meter on 22nd of June. Still no bill. Now it says the bill won’t be issued till September.

If your next scheduled billing date has recently rolled over to the next quarter, then this would suggest that the bill you're expecting is right around the corner.
