BILL SHOCK

Switched-on

 Today I received a gas bill for $674.71 my last bill was $170.00 

nothing has changed in this household.

I don't get it!

I called AGL  the lady asked me to go outside and read the meter for her,so I did,she told me to take a picture of the meter and send it in and they will revaluate

I have tried to but have been unable to .I need HELP

I'm sorry to hear that you've received such a shock from your latest gas bill! It is important that we verify your current meter reading to ensure that you've been billed accurately. When you say you're unable to provide this information, can I please ask if you're having difficulties reading the meter itself, or that you're unable to send a photograph?
