APPARENTLY YOUR SITE INCLUDING ACCOUNTS IS THAT GAS AND ELECTRICITY ARE UNABLE  TO BE SEEN AS ENERGY --- WITHOUT ME MAKING A PHONE CALL EACH MONTH TO GIVE MY PERMISSION TO TRANSFER THE AMOUNT --- LIKE THE CONCESSIONS DO NOT SEEM TO BE DISPLAYED ON THE BILL --- OR IS THIS SOMETHING ELSE I HAVE TO DO WHILE I AM TOLD I DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING.

I feel your pain!  Added pain is the options given when trying to call to speak with someone (because apparently you can do everything via the app or automated system) …. and the “use the message option in the app” which I also cannot find. 
How I miss customer SERVICE 😞
