I recently have been introduced to the "Demand" charge, which penalizes the consumer for the whole bill period based on a single 30 minutes average peak.
If you're not familiar, AGL uses the highest 30 minutes peak consumption during any time of your bill period, multiply by the number of days of your bill and the tariff, giving you the "penalty cost".
The problem I'm facing now is that I don't have easy access to those 30 minutes consumption data to locate the offending "peak". The bill only tells me the peak usage and multiply it by 90 days without telling when that peak consumption occurred.
I would like to know how I can download my energy consumption at 30 minutes interval or higher resolution, so I can identify the same peak I have been charged for.
