My gas was transferred to Tange Energy in August 2021. I am still getting billed by AGL and have received a bill for October. The gas distributor says Tango Energy is my current retailer and AGL shouldn't be billing me. When I called AGL, they said that the bill is only transferred when they issue a final bill. This seems ridiculous that they are still billing 3 months since I transferred my gas. The distributor and Tango Energy both can't understand why AGL is doing this. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
