I rang AGL this evening to check if they had a better solar saver plan, as the new plan I am forced to change to, does not compete with another I have found. The AGL girl I spoke to was very rude and did not listen to my questions, cutting me off, then said she would send me an email which I never received.
I am looking at changing energy provider from AGL to a better deal and probably better more polite service.
If you can find a better plan I would suggest you go with it.
If you can remember the name of the person you spoke to I would suggest that you contact AGL and make a complaint.
