I will continue for a while meeting my arrangement while taking regular meter readings and will

check to see if my payments align with my usage. I will contact AGL if there are any discrepancies.

I do not wish to go into a large credit but aim to meet my usage payments.

I have a LARGE CREDIT with AGL & no one from AGL will now contact me via Emails only regarding this matter. Now they BLOCK MY EMAILS, so I have NO contact with AGL at all. THEY ARE JUST RIPPING ME & OTHERS OFF. It's that SIMPLE. CON ARTIST.

Time to change ELECTRICTY Company I think. Then they'll have NO choice but to GIVE ME over the $ 1400:00 credit back.

On the 30th JUNE I asked for a REFUND, AGL TYPICALLY did not Respond
to my REQUEST. AS USUAL,
