One of the things I really appreciated about AGL was the electricity bill reminders texted to me, and I did rather come to rely on them to make sure I received my pay on time discount. However, as I received a notification that my bill was overdue I realised that I haven't received the handy text since March. Was there a change of policy? TBH, it was a significant factor in remaining a loyal customer!
