wrong bill and warning letter!!!!!!!!!

Today I got the bill" final demand "from AGL and ask me pay 508.07 for electricity. I did not use your AGL electricity since July!!!!!!!

Last few month , I have called your customer service many times , your staff said your company  will hold invoice and correct it.(reference number :1318518511 and13121151740)Today I received a warning letter! !!!!!

Again I did not  use any electricity from ALG since July !!!Why your company send me many bills? ??why  I pay bill???

My account number is 7002221237.
