This is a absolute joke 1300 hundred numbers and automated rubbish. You can no longer speak to a operator at all ? Cut backs is one thing but no operators at all ? Come on AGL 😕 Even the Chinese companies answerer the phone. 30 minuets trying to contact a operator and just made me angry.
