cl33 supply charge (what?) - Can anyone xplain this one

The cl33 supply charge has no information.

I will not pay for the charge.

Then the change of daily supply to $1.16 a day?.

From .83c a day contract.

I know this post is old, but I was looking for the same information. Could you please answer specifically what the CL33 supply charge relates to? This 3.3c charge seems to be in addition to my 108.9c supply charge. Prices are GST inclusive.
