My electricity bill for last 50 days is very high. we are a family of 2 adults and 1 child but my bill is $419. How can I check if i have been billed correctly. Also I have a concession card can I use that.

To check the accuracy of your bill, we always recommend that you start with your meter reading. You can download the AGL app and set up and/or log in, and then enter the reading currently on your meter to verify the accuracy of your bill. You are also entitled to additional discounts as a concession card holder, which you can find out more about here.
