Hi AGL.
Why in the AGL app and the online login portal am I seeing an account that is over a year old and showing as unpaid with amounts owing when I know that the account for the previous property is paid for in full (last payment made 23/01/2017). It's now 02/02/2018. I would think that is enough time for the app to refresh.
Can you make it disappears from my app?
