I'm currently renting a property in nsw and have no idea (nor does 5 calls to AGL ) how to understand this meter or what it's all about
my bills have a peak, off peak, and shoulder charge (I haven't had that since I had solar previously)and when downloading the usage it's all in peak charges hourly and it's an excessive
Bill
Can any one please help with any understanding of this please
Good evening Aims1912,
To be fair AGL don't read you meter, think of them more as the billing team.
I have done a quick google search and found this for you.
I-credit 400 Electronic Meter
http://www.ausgrid.com.au/~/media/Files/Network/Documents/ES/ES3%20Part%20B.pdf
If you scroll down to section 5 I believe this will cover a fair amount of information for you.
Good luck reading the meter, it will take a bit to get used too 🙂
But it's a start,
Enjoy your evening.
Hi @Aims1912.
Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community.
As posted by @Sparky, AGL is your retailer and your meter data is supplied by the electricity distributor in your area. To be able to clarify how your usage is being recorded, please send me a private message with your account details and I can investigate this further.
Please find the link here for private messaging.
Thanks!
