I have found that the billing lacks transparency with regard to excess gas usage payments. My payments for the years 2018 and 2019 was provided as a sum without clarifying amounts for each year. I had a lot of trouble to get this amount included in my bills with many conversations with AGL. I still am not sure whether I was paid the right amount. Also, communication through feedback with AGL has been made convoluted with many hoops to jump.
