When I signed up to AGL, I wasn't told that there would be special meter read fee (when I didn't request it) and solar metering service charge!
All the other electricity companies I have dealt with in the past, do not charge these fees. The Solar Service Charge is actually more than what I get from solar feed-in. This is ridiculous. When I tried Online Chat, it says agents aren't available.
I'm sorry to hear that you've gotten off to a bad start with AGL!
