I have read previous FAQs about this topic. I am interested to understand better why we cannot have two account holders, given that we have two account holders for many other similar things - bank, council rates, water etc - and that other energy companies - energy Australia for example -allows two account holders. The reasons given - privacy?- seem inadequate to me.
