Refund enquiry

I have bill smoothing fortnightly payments set up with AGL. This morning I made the payment online but when I changed the pre filled amount paying box it changed back when the page refreshed and I didn't realise, so paid the entire amount instead of my $94 payment. My bank can't cancel it and agl have said they won't receive it till Monday but generally only refund if the account is in credit, mine won't be it will just be paid off. They have left me with nothing, I urgently need that money to feed my family, has anyone had anything like this happen and convinced them to refund?

I doubt it Kezry and I am sorry for the circumstance you find yourself in.  It is difficult enough.   I have closed my account with AGL now and still waiting after three months for the balance of my credit to be paid. Good luck

hi I have over 1000 in credit as I do love to be ahead of my bills I also have other ones needing payment I'm wanting to know if that credit can be refunded back  .. Regards Lee
