I have been harassed by another energy company, whose name I cannot remember.
I never signed anything & said that. All communication was by phone & I put what they sent via mail I put in the bin.
I am very happy with AGL & have paid my bill for $202.98 on 14/8/2019.
Can you please assist me in this. I feel taken advantage of & am very upset.
