Paid gas bill twice

Hi - paid gas bill on 2/1 and accidentally paid it again 12/1..... will this carry forward to my next bill?? Or will I recess credit??

If you leave things as they are, this over payment will appear on your next bill as a credit balance brought forward. However, if you'd prefer, you can get in touch with our web chat team here to request this amount be refunded into your bank account directly!
