Own meter readings

I've just set up to read my own meter monthly. When do I do I need to submit my reading by if I've selected billing from the 1st of every month? Do you send me an alert to do this? What is the process please.

Great question - you can submit your reading as often as you like, up to one read per day. The more reads you enter the better your estimate will be. There's a great post that outlines the process of how to enter your own meter reads here.
