Overdue account

Can you please check my account, why is it showing overdue, although I have paid way before the the due date?

Thank you for getting in touch!

Once you've made a payment, this can take 2-3 days to register in our system. From here, your online balance only updates every 3-5 days. With this in mind, it can take a little while for your app to update to show that your bill has been paid I'm sorry to say. However, this does not mean that we haven't received your payment.
