Hi, I’m currently waiting for my next bill and it has shown “next bill soon” for a couple of days now after the countdown reached 0.
Is is there a way I can fix this or somehow receive my bill?

These dates are an approximate based on when your meter is next due to be read. If your meter read is delayed for any reason, then this'll likely throw your billing out for a few days! But don't stress, your bill come sooner than later.
