New proposed rates 12 Aug

Anybody done their calculations on new rates, memo Mr Brownfield 23 July. UP the Connection rate 30%and  LOWER the Usage rate by ~12%

BINGO No Change!!!   Based on average rates in your area etc etc  you will be $0.40 pw better off.

BASED ON AVERAGE USAGE 5,851 kWh per year. 

Problem is for  those who use significantyl less power ( pensioners, single occupants,no pools or aircon) who will  be WORSE off.

My usgae is less than 2000 kWh so in fact it results in a 10% increase.
