I recently received my bill which is 162.38 for month September which I don't believe is correct.
Last quarter, you also sent me a wrong bill due to your incorrect reading on the meter. I believe this time, it happens again.
Please recheck my meter and if there is anything wrong with the bill you sent to me, please correct it.

If your bills are regularly estimated, then we encourage you download the AGL app or sign up to AGL My Account. These services allow you to enter your own meter readings, which will adjust your account automatically for any overcharges.
