I’ve just received my first bill for centralised hot water in an apartment building and was pretty shocked at the amount so I’ve been trying to make sense of the system. The FAQ article implies that the multiplier of 10 is only necessary for NSW customers. However it appears on my bill and I live in Victoria. Is this right? https://community.agl.com.au/t5/Billing-and-Payments/Centralised-hot-water-billing/ta-p/305
Hi Jenn19,
Welcome to the AGL Community!
Good pick up - multipliers of 10 are present in other states but are not nearly as common. I'll ensure that this is updated.
Apologies for any confusion.
Kind regards,
Jayden
