I tried writing a letter to AGL as per below address but it seems that letters to this address are returned marked "RETURN TO SENDER".

The letter was in regards to us being an SA customer and brand new re. Solar panels system install and we had run system for 22 days prior to import/export meter install.
The Solar installers should advise on the install day that systems must be left off.
Energy generation (in SA with older digital meter) will count as Energy consumption so bill may be few $100 higher than normal.
