Is my bill has been payed automatically or what?

I have got a bill of gas consuming by mail, it is contain the bill of my consuming whithen my acomedation at my pereviouse tenancy.

When I loged on to the website to pay the bill I found it payed allready, so my question is (is it has been payed through a deduction from my dept card or what?)
