If you feel that the meter readings on your latest bill are incorrect, we'd recommend that you log into your account online here and follow the prompts that'll allow you to enter the numbers currently displayed on your meter. This will allow us to complete a comparison of your current meter reading against your bill to ensure that you've been charged approparitely. You can also use this platform to close your account should you choose to!
