I have been trying to navigate through the AGL website to try to disconnent my gas policy serivice as I am moving house. To my dismay, the website is designed such that it will keep prompting you to add policy or change policy but not a single option is on canceling the policy. Does anyone knows how to cancel my gas policy online?
