Hardship repayment arrangements

I have hardship repayment arrangements in place on family members account but have been receiving overdoes notices ! Why does this happen ?

If you find that you're receiving reminders for your payment arrangement, this will either be because a payment has been missed, or your payment dates have fallen out of sync with due dates of your payment plan. Either way, we'll ask you to contact us.
