In the 3 or 4 months I've had AGL Energy, I've only ever successfully been able to enter a meter read once.
Every time I try, I've been faced with this stupid "Let's have a chat" "We;re having trouble with your read".
There's no way to 'chat'.
So I google and find my way here, and see a thread someone suggesting this link:
And what do you know. There's no yellow chat icon. wtf AGL? This is BS.
Hi @TomE2020 , some customers report difficulty with accessing the chat feature from some browsers or versions. Trying on another browser or device might help.
