Entering a metre reading

Unable to enter a metre reading.  I have successfully entered a metre reading twice before but now I can't get the screen to even load

Thanks for reaching out to us with your enquiry!

 

You may be having this issue if you've entered too many reads within a short period of time. 

 

If you've entered an incorrect read, you can either provide an updated read through our webchat channel here or you can even send a picture of your meter directly through to us at customerreads@agl.com.au

I entered the wrong meter read and jyst think I’ll wait for the meter reader to submit correct to you as I’m unsure which figures to input

You can submit your own meter reading on your AGL My Account here or you can email a photo of your meter reading to CustomerReads@agl.com.au.
