For the third month, our emailed GAS bills "Download your bill (PDF)" link does not work. All other links work. I want to check the meter readings, because I dislike - indeed distrust - the two-monthly readings with in-between months estimated. I have been on-line "Chat" and your chat-centre person emailed a full bill as an attachment - but the link should be fixed.

It's disappointing to hear that you've been finding it so difficult to obtain copies of your bills. Can I please ask if you've attempted to follow this link using different browsers/devices?
