Was told customerread@agl.com.au but that bounced.

You'll be best served lodging these meter readings via your AGL My Account or app these days. You can find out more here: How do I submit a meter read using My Account?

The best way for you to lodge your own meter reading(s) will be to log into your AGL My Account here and then following the prompts.

You can enter your own meter reading by logging into your AGL My Account here. If you need to provide AGL with a photograph for a specific reason, then you can send this through to us by clicking the "Message" prompt in the bottom right-hand hand corner after logging in.
