Controlled load on my new bill has more then doubled I have called and complained and got a run around saying my system must be leaking so I had real estate check all is fine and system isn’t old plus my water bill is fine
so AGL I suspect something is wrong as I’ve never ever had a bill this high in four years
your suggesting we’re using 5-6 house hold for 2 people and a baby ridiculous
summer bill wasn’t even this high with air con on 24/7

I can appreciate why this'd be concerning. Can I ask if the meter reading listed on your bill is listed as 'actual' or 'estimated'? Additionally, do you have a smart meter at your property?

It looks like you have a manually read interval meter. This means that that your meter records usage in 15-minute intervals which you can view by logging into your AGL My Account. I can provide you with a copy of your usage history for your most recent billing period which'll help you identify when the most power was used if you'd like?
