Contacting AGL from overseas

How do I phone AGL from overseas?  Their 1300 numbers and 12etc numbers don't work!!!

l have emailed twice to ask for a way of paying my AGL account as l am in France. You have not responded to either and the account is now overdue.  l owe $382.15. Can you send me a PHONE number so that l can pay by Visa over the phone.

Hae spoken to AGL in Sydney re this problem and also chat line at aGL.

I paid a final a instalment on my account  of $168.08 on 21st February.  I paid through my zip pay account, but the amount has not been received  From what I can tell I entered the bop pay code correctly.  I wish to have this matter resolved asap as its causing me concern.  Cana you assist.  All my accounts are paid on time, I do not want a problem.  Thanks in advance
