Concessions site unavailable

I will have much difficulty in paying my current electricity bill ($592) due 18 Jan. and have repeatedly tried to access the concessions site over the past three days only to be told it is unavailable. As I need to contact AGL to arrange a one-off concession and the due date is drawing near I don't know what to do. Any advice?
