Concession Victoria

Hi there, 

Our AGL electricity account is in my name with wifes name as an authorised contact. We have a concession card which is in my wife's name with my name and details also on tbe card (so a secondary holder i guess?). Are we able to have the concession applied to the account in  this situation? Located in Vic.

Welcome to the AGL Community!

The primary name on the concession card needs to be identical to the primary name on your AGL account per DHHS requirements.
