Can’t pay bill online or via app

Hi, I’m overseas and can’t pay my bill via the app / website as normal as I’m receiving an error message. 

Can I arrange a bank transfer instead, rather than call?

Unfortunately we do not offer EFT as a form of payment. You can find all of the payment options available to you here. If you're having issues with our website and app overseas, then I encourage you to use BPAY or PayPal if possible.

Or perhaps AGL can fix their website. I am in the same position overseas and I'm completely unable to pay my bill because the "Pay now" link is broken. Judging by the date of the original post, it isn't a new issue. Foolish of me to simply return the next day as if it were a temporary outage.
