Why is there no bpay biller code & CRN number on my emailed AGL bill?

I can not pay!

Hi GH,

My AGL electricity account shows a bPay biller code of 33589, same for gas, I hope that helps. Anytime I pay by pay with bPay I always double check to make sure the funds are going to AGL, get it wrong and anot good.

Welcome to the Community!

You won't find your payment details on the initial email that you receive from AGL regarding your latest bill. However, if you press the 'Download your bill (PDF)' tile, you'll be presented with your detailed bill, which includes all relevant payment reference numbers on the bottom of the second page.
