App does not work

Hey, I am just trying to register for the app but every time I go through the process I get an error message at the end saying that some problems are being experienced?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

There could be a few causes for this error. To get a good idea of whats going on, would you mind posting a screenshot of the error you're receiving and also sending me a very brief private message with your AGL account number and email address?
