If I do not allow my meters to be converted to digital meters, will I be charged a fee in the future for my old meters to be read?

In line with with government-mandated 'Power of Choice' reform that came into effect from 1/12/2017, your meter will eventually be upgraded to a smart/digital meter. Please rest assured that you will not be charged any more for manual meter readings in the meantime! You can find out more about Power of Choice here.
