Hi, we are 101 days into our cycle and online account says we still have 17 days to go. Is there any reason why it is so long and can we go back to 3 monthly bills? If possible can the bill be sent sooner than in 17 days time?

Thanks for the reply. I spoke to an agent via facebook and they said AGL didn't have billing rights for 13/07 to 15/08 so my billing cycle didn't start until mid august which would make our bill due on time.
